Licensed/Licensed Eligible Outpatient Mental Health Clinician

LaRoChante International seeks a Master Level Clinician to work in our Randolph office. The available position involves the following duties:

• Carry out individual and family counseling;

• Provide case management services;

• Establish and maintain relationship services that support the growth of individuals and families;

• Act as an advocate for families;

• Teach parents to advocate for themselves and their children;

• Perform initial assessment and evaluation of new clients and families;

• Identify treatment needs and barriers to growth and development;

• Design treatment plans that address and specifies outcomes.

• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide quality care.

• Attend staff meetings and case conferences; present client materials.

• Facilitate communication between various providers.

• Submit reports, documentation, and billing in a timely manner.

• Ensure that documentation meets utilization review and quality assurance standards.

• Attend in-service training and outside seminars to enhance and develop clinical skills.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Licensed or Licensed Eligible Individual

-Masters's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.

-Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. 

-Be computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software applications.
